Do you ship worldwide?Yes, we have worldwide shipping, we ship to every country in the world.

How much does the shipping cost?Shipping within Germany is €4.90. International shipping may vary but will be calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped with DHL. We also offer express shipping with DHL Express

How long does it take for my order to arrive?Orders within Germany arrive in 7-14 working days. Orders within Europe take 10-14 working days, outside Europe up to 16 working days. If you order with DHL Express, orders within Germany should arrive within 2 working days, worldwide express orders should arrive within 4-6 working days, no matter which country you come from

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?All sales are final, however returns will be honored up to 30 days after receipt of product. When returning, the product price will be refunded, for which shipping costs will not be incurred. Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed your order and particularly the size charts before completing your purchase.
